Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.
2. A completed Returns Form must be included with your returned goods – contact us and we will email a form through to you.
3. No item will be accepted for return if it has been worn or washed.
4. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of goods. Allow up to 1 week for processing.
5. Postage on returned items is non-refundable.  If you are returning goods for exchange, there will be no charge for the outgoing postage.
6. Juicy Clothing is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit therefore we recommend you use a method that can be tracked.
7. Sale and/or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders
