The terms and conditions to FashionTrader.co.nz website and trading with FashionTrader.co.nz suppliers are as follows. By placing an order with FashionTrader.co.nz, the buyer is agreeing to accept these terms and conditions (The Conditions). As our policies may change from time to time it is the buyer’s responsibility is to check these terms and conditions periodically.

Terminology

In these terms and conditions, the following expressions have the meanings set out:

FashionTrader.co.nz means officers, directors, employees, agents; 'item', 'items' means goods or property that may be bought or sold through the website;

'buyer' and/or ‘seller’ means a registered user of FashionTrader.co.nz website; 'you' and 'your' are a reference to you; ‘Website’ means any FashionTrader.co.nz website through which items appear for sale; 'seller' and ‘buyer’ includes any person placing a listing.

General Information

FashionTrader.co.nz facilitates an environment in which to introduce buyers and sellers of new and used clothing, shoes and accessories. FashionTrader.co.nz does not take any part in the sale of items other than by providing our Website as a location for buyers and sellers to meet. If a purchase is made, a contract of sale will be formed between the buyer and the seller directly. You must be a New Zealand resident to trade on Fashiontrader.co.nz. FashionTrader.co.nz do not act as agent for either party and do not participate in any sale or transaction between the buyer and seller. When using the online payment facilities FashionTrader.co.nz simply pass on payments made by the buyer to the seller.

Registration

To trade on this site you will be required to register and provide personal and delivery details. The buyer warrants that all details provided to FashionTrader.co.nz for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

Indemnity

The buyer agrees fully to indemnify, defend and hold FashionTrader.co.nz, and FashionTrader.co.nz officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by the buyer.

Ordering

When placing an order, the buyer warrants that all information given to FashionTrader.co.nz is accurate and complete. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the sellers sizing guides for each item to ensure its suitability and fit.

Delivery

All prices shown on the site include general post delivery within New Zealand. A track and trace number will be provided on request.

Returns Policy

FashionTrader.co.nz would like to strongly point out that purchasing items on this site means you are buying second hand and used goods and therefore may show signs of wear and tear and/or damage; therefore it is the buyers responsibility to read the item description provided by the seller and ask questions. In the event that an item has been misrepresented please email us immediately upon delivery at info@fashiontrader.co.nz

FashionTrader.co.nz strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery.

Termination of Registration: FashionTrader.co.nz reserves the right to decline to register or to terminate your registration without entering into further discussions with you.

Payment

FashionTrader.co.nz accepts most major credit/debit cards. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Privacy

FashionTrader.co.nz will not pass on the buyer's personal, bank account details, credit or debit card details to any third party.

Liability

FashionTrader.co.nz do not accept liability for any errors and omissions by its sellers and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

New Zealand Law

Any goods supplied or sold on the FashionTrader.co.nz website, are sold or supplied under contract of New Zealand Law. The Laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.

General Conditions of Selling On The Site

All damage, wear and tear and defects to any items must be disclosed in the listing.
It is the sole responsibility of the seller to ensure delivery of the sold item is made in a timely manner.
No vulgar, distasteful or inappropriate photos or language to be used on the site at anytime.
You may not at anytime make promises, claims or act as a representative of FashionTrader.co.nz the company, the website or its staff at anytime.
FashionTrader.co.nz staff and/or management has the right to proof all text entered onto the website and make changes and or corrections as it sees fit but staying within the context of what has been written.
You may not at anytime publish any personal contact details on the website including but not limited to: Phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, websites or any other information enabling customers to contact you directly, failure to adhere to these conditions may result in removal from the site and a trading ban.
FashionTrader.co.nz has the right to review its prices and policies at anytime.
FashionTrader.co.nz has the right to remove any person from the site at anytime if any of its policies have been breached and/or if that person has been found to act dishonestly or in a manner in which to bring FashionTrader.co.nz reputation into disrepute.
Acceptance onto the site is at the sole discretion of FashionTrader.co.nz management.
All listed prices must include general postage in New Zealand.
You must post all items using a track and trace number.
